Pursuant to Ohio Administrative Code, Section 5122-28-04: “Each agency shall use a system to measure consumer outcomes for children and youth and for adults who receive publicly funded mental health services, as specified in the Consumer Outcomes Procedure Manual.”

Like the BH Module data, BHG accepts, processes and submits the providers' outcome data to the State for our member boards.
