| The ODMH and ODADAS require their provider
agencies to conduct client satisfaction surveys. Customer
satisfaction has been identified by both state departments
as a key indicator of the effectiveness and value of the services
provided to consumers and their families.
To assist our members and provider network with this requirement,
BHG has developed a standardized approach to assessment of
client satisfaction and has created an aggregate database
of historical data to compare results across the BHG network
of providers. In partnership with provider agencies and Quality
Review Services, Inc., BHG provides the tools and processes
to assist agencies to assess and analyze consumer and family
satisfaction and to implement strategies to improve performance
in this vital area.
The BHG client satisfaction data are displayed on the QRS
Web site.
