State Departments of Mental Health and Alcohol and Drug Addiction
Services are required to periodically assess the level of
satisfaction of client referral sources. This is an important
part of the agency’s system of continuous improvement
process. BHG conducts these surveys for our provider network
on behalf of our member Boards. The surveys are developed,
mailed, collected and analyzed by BHG and detailed reports
are prepared for the provider and their respective Board.
The reports provide useful feedback to the provider that can
then be fed into their quality improvement process.
