MACSIS (Multi-agency Community Services Information System) is the software used by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services for enrollments and claims processing. BHG employs a professional database administrator to develop scheduled and ad hoc reports for our staff, the BHG member boards and their providers.

Some of the reports and analyses prepared include a list of clients who have received a large number of services or are receiving a large amount of expensive services, duplicate claims reports, monthly utilization reports by county, etc. These reports allow our member boards and providers to better manage service utilization and cost.
